Your oral sales presentation includes a verbal description of a product, its benefits, options and models, price, associated services like delivery and warranty, and a demonstration (if needed). A canned sales presentation or need-satisfaction method may be used. The purpose of a sales presentation is to convert an undecided consumer into a purchaser. After a presentation, you will answer questions. They are of two kinds: the first request more information; the second raise objections that must be settled before a sale is made.
