XWIN-PLOT to Word or PowerPoint From ARX500
Procedure 1
1. Process nmr spectrum on XWINNMR.
2. Use XWIN-PLOT to disply the spectrum
3. Open an Unix window, type cd /u/data/user_id/, the user_id is the login ID
4. Type snapshot; get image of the spectrum by snapshot and save the image file as snap.rgb

At a pop-up window, in the drive blank choose an available drive (for example W:); In folder blank type \\nmr\data , then click finish. Now you should be able to access all nmr data on our three nmr spectrometers under directory /spectrometer name(ARX500, Avance300 or Unity300)/user_id/ on your PC by the Windows Explorer.(for Windows 98, it is better to use a free software: WS-FTP to connect to nmr workstation, then transfer data to your PC)
7. Copy the jpg or gif image file under /data/user_id/nmr to your local PC by Windows Explorer or directly insert the image file from the nmr spectrometer to Word or PowerPoint by click on menu Insert --Picture--From File under directory /spectrometer name(ARX500, Avance300 or Unity300)/user_id/.
Procedure 2
1. Process nmr spectrum on XWINNMR
