Rain site requests for events scheduled outdoors will be limited to available spaces on the day of the event. It is recommend that clients schedule a rain site location ahead of time.
In the rare instance that the campus facilities must be closed due to an emergency, clients with scheduled events will be notified as soon as possible. Event Services will attempt to reschedule the event at the soonest available date, or may issue a refund when necessary.
