Three “no shows” (event organizers have not arrived within the first 30 minutes of the reservation starting) without notification will be discussed with the organization's president and advisor and future reservations must be approved by the associate director or their designee. Penalties for each no show are as follows:
- 1st No-show: A warning that future reservations may be canceled.
- 2nd No-show: A meeting will be scheduled with the coordinator to review the policy.
- 3rd No-show: Any reservations for the remainder of the semester are canceled.
All related costs/fees associated with an event are the responsibility of the student organization.
