Eight Students Present Research at Data Science Conference
Eight students in UMSL’s Department of Mathematics and Computer Science presented their research at the 2019 Midwest BioInformatics Conference in Kansas City. Graduate students Sri Harsha Akurathi and Kenneth Smith, along with undergraduates Justin Henn, Joseph Hill, Zachary Jorn, Alberto Maiocco, Paul Ries, and Nick Wooldridge, attracted a steady flow of researchers interested in their projects.
