This is me on a concrete horse somewhere out west on vacation. Around me were a bunch of screaming kids who wanted to sit on the horse and parents and other tourists. It takes a strong will, or a weak grasp on reality, to imagine them all away for your brief moment on the horse. Revisiting this scene as a grownup, I decided to whisk them all away and decorate reality differently for the me back then.

Technical Stuff:

This is an old image, done in Photoshop 1.0.7 or something - with no layers, or other goodies of the current Photoshop. Just getting the star map to gradually appear as the sky around the clouds disappeared, was a major achievement. Now, hey, easy as pie. Just play with the layer mask. Then, whew!
