Setting Environment Variables on your PC and Adding a Server to NetBeans

Go to Control Panel → System and click 1 then 2

You probably will need to add CATALINA_HOME but just add entries to CLASSPATH
(the entry separator is ";" not ":" which is used in entries themselves)

You probably will need to add JAVA_HOME and JRE_HOME

Add entry to PATH.

Adding a Server to NetBeans - From the top menu Tools → Servers → Add Server. You will need CATALINA_HOME set.
