South Africa Collaborations

Dr. Murphy's research in South Africa revolves around the establishment of a Pricipal's Academy for embattled South African pricinpals. The project is described in the article entitled, "Creating a vision for leadership: The University of Missouri and the University of the Western Cape partnership.
