Flotation adjustment:

ke(DCF) - ks(DCF) = 15.4% - 13.8% = 1.6% .

Add the 1.6% flotation adjustment to final ks = 14% to find final ke:

ke = ks + Float adjustment

= 14% + 1.6% = 15.6%.
