I am the Emerson Electric Endowed Professor of Technology and Learning.   My major effort is the creation of the E. Desmond 
Lee Technology and Learning Center, a hothouse for educational technology. I have taught in the public schools, served as the Executive Director of a technology and learning center and developed technology plans for numerous school districts.   I am interested in the factors that influence the integration of technology in the classroom and the implementation of technology in schools.
