Advising

The Department of Economics understands that navigating a university and finding out how to satisfy all degree requirements can be difficult. We are therefore eager to help you through advising.

Undergraduate Advising

If you are thinking about becoming an economics major or you have already declared economics as your major and you need advising, please contact our Director of Undergraduate Studies Brian Speicher. You can drop by during their office hours, call or email. If you'd like to visit but the office hours are not convenient, they would be happy to meet you by appointment. Just give either of them a call or send an email and they'll be happy to make an appointment with you.

Evening Advising

In many cases advising can be handled over the phone or by email. But all of our advisors are frequently available during the evening, especially between 5:00 and 5:30. Simply give Professors Speicher or Kridel a call or email them to set up an appointment.
