Apply to graduate if you have determined your graduating semester.

Make sure you have a resume uploaded to Handshake and update your profile
Attend Employer and Career Events
Attend Career Fairs
Research jobs in your field and companies where you’d like to work
Meet with faculty to obtain letters of recommendation
Start preparation for standardized tests (GRE, OAT, GMAT, LSAT, etc)
Check the admission process and deadlines for programs of interest
Get feedback from faculty on any papers or projects that may be used as an example of your work
If you change your major or program, contact UMSL Global to update your I-20
Report any change of address within 10 days (through MyView)
Consult an international student advisor before accepting an internship or job off-campus
Maintain full time enrollment unless you have received prior approval from ISS
Consider serving as a leader at International Student Orientation
Attend an OPT workshop to learn about post-graduation work options (F-1 students only)
