The Touhill does NOT offer valet services.
Due to the heavy traffic, the valet service would be less than desirable experience for those that used it, as well as for other patrons that used the drop-off circle. There is also not enough room in the circle to service both of these needs.
The Touhill does NOT offer a parking shuttle.
Parking shuttle services would not be able to handle the demand before and/or after shows.
There is no need for a parking permit in the North Garage.
On weekends and after 5:00 PM on weekdays, you may park on the surface lots and in other garages without a permit.
Parking in other areas may result in parking citations. Any citations received will be the responsibility of the driver.
Sections are determined by which door is closest to the seat. Since there are no center doors, tickets say either "right" or "left".
For more information, please see our seating chart or call the Ticket Office at (314) 516-4949 to confirm your seat location.
PLEASE NOTE: There are many ticket resellers on the web. They often appear at the top of an Internet search for a show and/or artist. You can verify resellers by looking at the beginning of the web address bar at the top of your web browser. These resellers may or may not offer the best price for your seats.
Please be sure to check prices at touhill.org or call the Ticket Office at (314) 516-4949 before making a purchase at a site other than touhill.org or touhill.universitytickets.com
If you choose to purchase through a reseller, please understand that the Touhill Ticket Office will not be able to assist you in the event of lost tickets, seating changes, postponements, cancellations, or refunds.
All ticket sales at the Touhill are final. You can exchange tickets within the same performance to upgrade seats or the same run of a show.
For non-profit presenters, you may be able to donate your ticket for resale. The presenting organization will send a donation receipt for the face value of the ticket shortly after the show run.
PLEASE NOTE: This option is only available to the original purchaser of the ticket. You may not use this option if the tickets were given to you or you purchased through a ticket reseller.
A service fee is added to the price of each ticket for all sales. This fee goes to the venue to cover the costs of the ticketing system and staff. Fees are not printed on the ticket.
