Who We Are:
The Information Security Office supports the educational mission and strategic plan of the University of Missouri-St. Louis by safeguarding University information and assets from unauthorized access, use, disclosure or modification while ensuring confidentiality and availability. The Information Security Office provides frontline information security to the campus by managing the campus firewalls, threat protection, account management and application security, as well as internal and external vulnerability scanning and software analysis.

Production Systems

Mark Monroe - Associate Director, Production Systems

Who We Are:
The Production Systems Team architects and administers storage, servers, and services in support of teaching, learning, research and business administration. Services include user account management, email, local file storage, cloud file storage, SharePoint for the entire UM System, campus webservers, WordPress, campus computer images, Pharos printing system, the campus network fax system, software delivery, server patching and upgrading. The team also works with departments and researchers to build and support the specific servers and systems they need for their areas to flourish.
