Onboarding is essential to set up new employees for success, engagement, and retention. Too often, the onboarding process is reduced to just new employee orientation, but it is much more. Onboarding includes orientation, the first day experience, and the first six months to a year. Join us for this session as we discuss what supervisors can do to ensure a successful onboarding for their employees.

We began offering pulse surveys at UMSL in January of 2022 and have continued to offer the survey twice per year.
