UMSL Faculty and Staff can request events for Course Breakout Sessions or Special Ad-Hoc Requests using the 25Live system.
25Live is our official room reservation system for course breakout sessions and ad hoc event requests.
UMSL Faculty and Staff can submit reservation requests for centrally scheduled classrooms (those that are not department owned) using 25Live.
Students will not be able to submit requests for classrooms. Faculty and staff will be required to make reservation requests on behalf of students who would like to schedule an event in a classroom.
The Registrar's Office will review and approve all room reservation requests and will contact you if there are any issues or concerns. Please note, classes are given precedence over ad hoc requests.
Instructional Computing Support Services (ic@umsl.edu) provides support for any of the classroom technology available and for the locking/unlocking of rooms.
Do NOT use this process for the following:
NOTE: As has always been the case, classroom reservation requests during a semester cannot be made until the course schedule for that semester is complete and all courses are assigned to rooms. Once that is finalized, individual room requests can be submitted. For example, the spring schedule must be finalized before you can make a reservation request for any date within that term.
To make a classroom reservation visit 25Live.
*Please note that new classes are being added to the schedules every day and official classes take precedence over ad-hoc events. In the event that a class is scheduled that conflicts with your event, we will contact you and attempt to make alternate arrangements.
