Student Outreach and Support offers mentoring services that are absolutely free to students. There are currently three mentoring components for students which consist of peer-to-peer and gender-specific mentoring programs. Mentoring services are offered to assist students with transitioning and connecting to UMSL while also allowing students to build strong support systems to assist them with having a successful academic year. We also offer our INSPIRE mentor program which allows faculty and staff to mentor junior, senior and transfer students as they prepare for the workforce.
