UMSL Career Services assists students and recent graduates with planning, creating, implementing, and evaluating career development and job search strategies. Search UMSL’s online internship & job search database Handshake to search job postings and RSVP to career events.
In addition to UMSL’s Career Services, the College of Nursing works with employers in the St. Louis region and beyond to assist students in their job search. We hold a nursing specific Career Fair each semester and invite employers to campus for informational sessions and job placement throughout the academic year.

The Baccalaureate degree and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs and the post graduate APRN certificate program are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Colleges of Nursing Education. The baccalaureate degree program is approved by the Missouri Board of Nursing; all programs are approved by the Higher Learning commission.
