Lisa Green joined the College of Nursing in 2022. Dr. Green began her nursing career as an oncology nurse, then transferred to become a bone marrow transplant nurse. Next, she became a home health nurse advancing her career in home health as a nurse educator and quality improvement coordinator.
Dr. Green started her teaching career in 2008. In 2009, she was an appointed by Governor Nixon as a member of the Missouri Board of Nursing for a total of eight years.
