SCOPE: This collection contains manuscript papers for various municipal services in St. Louis, including the Sewer Department, the Board of Public Works, and the Lighting Department. The documents are dated 1893 and 1901.

ACCESS: This collection can be viewed on-site in the Rare Book and Manuscripts Reading Room. Some of the material may be photocopied, digitally scanned or photographed, subject to condition and other access restrictions.
