ABSTRACT: Seal Craft milk caps from the St. Louis Globe-Democrat, circa 1930s.

SCOPE: This collection includes 32 milk bottle caps produced by Seal Craft and the St. Louis Globe-Democrat. The caps feature colorful designs as well as brief descriptions on various subjects. Many caps relate to animals and aircraft insignia, but some also relate to Native Americans and the 49th State Safety Legion, a club based in St. Louis.

EXTENT: 32 items.

ACCESS: This collection can be viewed on-site in the Rare Book and Manuscripts Reading Room.  Some of the material may be photocopied, digitally scanned or photographed, subject to condition and other access restrictions.
