ABSTRACT: Oscar Wilde trade card, circa 1882.

SCOPE: This collection consists of a trade card entitled “Jumbo Aesthetic,” which features an illustration of Oscar Wilde and an elephant holding a sunflower. The back of the print features an advertisement for Clark’s O.N.T. Spool Cotton, and the front of the print includes the company’s trademark. The publisher is listed as Buck & Lindner; Lith. 65 Warren St. N.Y.
