History: Reinier Beeuwkes was one of the world's foremost electrical engineers. This collection of his records of many of his projects passed to his son and then to his grandson, who then generously donated it to the John W. The collection is divided into thirteen series. The first half is arranged in chronological order reflecting the dates of significance within Mr. Beeuwkes professional career. The last two series focus on domestic lines and foreign railroads.
