The Graduate School of the University of Missouri-St. Louis promotes scholarship and creativity through graduate programs that inspire in students a passion for discoveries. Our programs reflect our mission as a public metropolitan research university as students work with faculty members to meet the challenges in rapidly changing local, regional, and global contexts.

Graduate students make up nearly 22% of the UMSL student body. They study in one of our 34 masters programs, 14 doctoral programs, two education specialist programs, or within the wide variety of graduate certificates
