Welcome to the University of Missouri-St. Louis
Passport Application Acceptance Facility

Notice: the UMSL campus is currently undergoing significant renovations. As a result, access to our location is not as easy as usual.

Beginning May 22, 2024, the sidewalks adjacent to the Thomas Jefferson Library will be closed for construction. This closure is expected to last until August. Please see the map below:

Map of Quad construction closures

Our office may be accessed the following ways:

  1. Park on West Drive and enter through the Social Sciences and Business Building loading dock entrance located at the south end of the building (requires climbing a steep driveway, followed by a short staircase - and is subject to being blocked by large trucks servicing the building) or the entrance at the north of the building or through Express-Scripts Hall (both of which require climbing multiple flights of stairs (SSB) or going up several switchback wheelchair accessible ramps, and transferring to an elevator in Express-Scripts prior to crossing over to SSB), or
  2. Park at the Millennium Student Center, walk through the building, across the bridge, exiting to the quad, and then to the Social Sciences & Business Building (this route is ADA accessible, but the distance may pose a challenge for individuals with mobility concerns.)
