How to Apply

Eligibility

You must be a sophomore, junior, or senior in the current school year.

Students from all majors are encouraged to apply. Students from all academic disciplines benefit and build leadership skills that are applicable to their chosen field. Guest speakers will come from a variety of backgrounds.

Commitment

Students are selected as Fellows and pay no tuition . Students are expected to meet 36 hours. The extent of online and in-person attendance is decided based on student and faculty input during the initial meeting.  The initial meeting takes place very shortly after the application process closes so you should save the date for the first meeting, November 21, 2024.

Participants will receive a Leadership Certificate and Gift Card for successful completion of the Sue Shear Leadership Academy.
