Join us for a new group forming in the 22-23 academic school year as we study and experience the power of expressive writing. We will begin with a study and discussion of the research, including the text Expressive Writing, Words that Heal by James W. Pennebaker Ph.D. & John F. Evans Ed.D. We will continue our learning through practicing a 6 week expressive writing program, and close with a whole writing group community event.
Expressive Writing
