Before joining UMSL, Eric Hucker spent nine years as a social studies teacher, covering grades 7-12 in three different school districts: Normandy Schools Collaborative, Jefferson City Schools, and the Ritenour School District. His teaching portfolio includes American History, World History, APUSH, Latin American History, and Law. While leaving the classroom was a difficult decision, he is genuinely excited to serve and support the students of the UMSL College of Education.
