Hello, my name is Tyler Steinman and I am an academic advisor with the College of Arts and Sciences. I began my education journey at St. Charles Community College after finishing my Associates in Teaching, I transferred to Truman state university where I got my Bachelors of Science in History. I then went to UMSL to earn my teaching certificate with their teach in 12 program. After teaching for a few years I went back to UMSL to earn my Masters in Education and now I have made my way back as an advisor. I love the opportunities UMSL and these other education institutions have provided me, and I hope to pass those onto my students I work with.
