Hi! My name is Lauren Hermann and I first joined the UMSL community in June of 2016. I began working in the Financial Aid Office as a Student Support Specialist and it was there that I discovered my passion for helping students problem solve. Shortly after, I decided to further my education and in August of 2018, I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Higher Education from UMSL. The program connected me to so many wonderful people and encouraged me to support others who want to advance their education! I am now the Recruitment Coordinator for Graduate Programs in the College of Arts and
Sciences and really enjoy working with students from various backgrounds and helping them navigate the application process.
Outside of work, I love cooking new recipes, spending time with my family, and practicing yoga.
