Strategy

Co-designing actionable plans that align with community goals and advance equity.

Every CIAC project begins with a focus on strategy: what are we hoping to accomplish? Who sets the priorities? How does this work help create a stronger, more equitable community? This early emphasis carries through how the team at CIAC works with our partners to accomplish project goals while keeping the big picture front and center.

You will often find CIAC both co-creating distinct community strategies — including our work with the St. Louis Community Information Exchange (CIE), St. Louis Regional Response Team (RRT), Missouri Supporting Early Childhood Administrators (MO-SECA), and Data for Social Impact (DSI) — as well as doing the heavy lifting of community engagement, data collection, evaluation, and learning that supports these long-term initiatives. Every CIAC project is strategically connected to long-term community goals, regardless of CIAC’s specific role in moving an effort forward.

CIAC can support your Strategy needs through:
  • Developing Your Strategic Plan
  • Launching  and Expanding a Community Coalition
  • Building Data and Learning Systems Across Partners
