Tim is a Teaching Professor, theUndergraduateDirector and the Outreach Program Coordinator for the Criminology and Criminal Justice Department. He has been employed full-time in that position at UMSL since 1997. Prior to 1997 he was employed as a police officer in Ladue, Missouri. His current research interests include policing, police deviance, police sexual misconduct, and police policy.
