Morgan joined UMSL's Criminology and Criminal Justice doctoral program in 2016 after earning her bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Loyola University of Chicago. Her research interests include prisoner reentry, the collateral consequences of punishment, the criminal court system, and procedural justice. She currently works with Beth Huebner on the grant-funded MacArthur Safety & Justice Challenge and the Arnold Foundation Multi-State Study of Monetary Sanctions.
