Richard WrightWatch Richard's recent TEDx talk on cash and crime

Richard retired from the department as a Curators’ Professor in 2014, after 30 very happy years of service. He then joined the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University where he is now Regents’ Professor of Criminal Justice and Criminology. He is the author or co-author of six books, including Code of the Suburb: Inside the World of Young, Middle-Class Drug Dealers (University of Chicago Press, 2015), and 80 scholarly articles and book chapters. He also is co-editor of the Sage Handbook of Fieldwork. Richard was elected as a Fellow of the American Society of Criminology in 2009.
