At U-CREATE Summer Camp, campers can expect an array of sports, recreational activities, crafts, and team building challenges that meet the diverse interests and capabilities of our campers. Campers will build meaningful relationships with fellow campers and staff while creating their U-CREATE legacy this summer! The camp will run Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. All of our camp counselors are CPR/AED and First Aid certified for children.

There is a limit of 50 campers for each full week along with our before care and after care add-ons. We have a limit of 12 campers for after care with swim lessons add-on. Registration is done on a first come, first serve basis. A submission of camper registration documents DOES NOT guarantee your camper a spot in camp or in any add-on.

Payment plans are available, but will only apply to the cost of the full week of camp and NOT to any add-ons. For our payment plans, 25% of cost is due at time of purchase, and 75% of cost is due TWO WEDNESDAYS BEFORE WEEK OF CAMP STARTS (12 days). i.e. 75% of cost for Week 1 is due May 22. The first payment of 25% counts as your deposit for that week. If you choose not to have a payment plan, total cost will be due at time of purchase. The cost of U-CREATE Summer Camp will be the same for all, regardless of membership or faculty/staff status.

Please be aware that there will be NO camp on June 19 or June 30 – July 4. Week 3 of camp will be prorated to reflect the 4 days of camp.

If you have questions, please contact Carissa at cshort@umsl.edu

UCREATE Summer Camp Registration

Registration for the 2025 U-CREATE Summer Camp will open on March 3, 2025! Please visit back here on that date to submit your registration forms.

If you have questions, please contact Carissa Short at cshort@umsl.edu.

In the event of a potential camp cancellation, please contact the UMSL Campus Rec by 5:00pm the Wednesday before the upcoming week of camp to determine if you will be eligible for a refund minus the 25% non-refundable camp deposit. Failure to inform us of cancellation by the aforementioned deadline, will forfeit eligibility for a possible refund. The only exception to this would be removal of a camper due to COVID-19.
