Jennifer Chen is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the College of Business Administration at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She received a BS in Accounting from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (China), a MS in Accounting from Suffolk University, and a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Utah. Dr. Wen's research interests include accounting regulation, disclosure, and the economic consequences (e.g., cost of capital and debt contract design). She has published in accounting journals, such as the Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Business, Finance & Accounting, and Research in Accounting Regulation. Dr. Wen teaches Financial Accounting and Reporting I.
