Originally from Steele, MO, Corlia (Lia) Spears earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UMSL, majoring in Finance and minoring in Accounting in May 2022. In addition, she completed certificates in Investment and Portfolio Management and Corporate Finance. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a certificate in Digital Marketing and Social Media at UMSL, with an expected graduation of August 2025.
Lia is dedicated to supporting students in achieving their academic and career goals. Her goal is to empower students to thrive academically and professionally, ensuring they have a supportive and enriching experience at UMSL.
