Sierra Phipps

Bio

Sierra Phipps is the Program Manager for the Online MBA and Business Accelerated Master's degree programs. She joined the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2022 as an undergraduate academic advisor in the College of Business Administration, then joined Graduate Business Programs in 2023. Working with people to improve their lives through education is something that Sierra is passionate about, and she loves to work with the faculty, staff, and students at UMSL.

Sierra brings a diverse background of experience from prior work in public health and K-12 settings. She earned her undergraduate degree from Utah Valley University, and then later earned a master's degree from the University of Utah.  She moved from Salt Lake City, Utah to the St. Louis metro area in 2022, and has since enjoyed getting acquainted with the area. Sierra enjoys running, reading, rock climbing, and learning new things in her spare time.
