When: Tuesday evenings from 6pm - 9pm 

Operational excellence, proper organization structure, and organizational development are crucial for the long term success of any business.

In the first class, we will have multiple tracks: 

•  manufacturing
•  retail
•  software

Founders will be assigned to one of these tracks to discuss operational theories and principals specific to your industry.

In the second class, the group will come back together (one track) to discuss research and development, human resources, and most importantly how to create aggressive but achievable milestones and metrics for success.

By the end of this course, you should be able to:

• Identify the key metrics and unit economics that impact your success
  
• Create a highly executable technology or product roadmap
  
• Design an effective organizational structure with a future staffing map
