Morgan Koenig, CFA, CAIA

Morgan serves as Portfolio Manager at Enterprise Bank & Trust and has worked in the investment industry since 2002. Prior to joining Enterprise, Morgan was a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst for Wedgewood Partners, Inc. where she was a member of the Investment Team responsible for Wedgewood's Large Cap Focused Growth product. Prior to Wedgewood, Morgan worked at Apollo Capital Management as a Senior Hedge Fund Analyst where she led a team responsible for the performance calculations for a hedge fund of funds structure. 

Morgan earned her BSBA (Finance), minor in Accounting from UMSL, with honors.  She is a CFA Charterholder and CAIA Charterholder.  

In addition to being a member of the College of Business Administration's Finance & Legal Studies Advisory Board, she is a member of the St. Louis CFA Society and serves on the Board for the St. Louis Women in Investments Network. She is also an active member of the Alumnae Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha which supports breast cancer awareness and education via Think Pink partnerships with American Cancer Society, the National Football League, and Bright Pink.

Beth DeCamp
Director, Enterprise Rate Forecasting
The Boeing Company

 Beth is currently the Director of Rate Forecasting with responsibility for forecasting and managing rate performance across Boeing.  Prior to her current role she served as the BGS Business Partner/Program Management Office Director in Finance Shared Services (FSS) which included supporting Finance Transformation across the enterprise.

Preceding her time in FSS, she held Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager positions in both Boeing Global Services (BGS) - Government and Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Air Dominance & Phantom Works Divisions.

Beth has also held Business Unit Integration management positions in both Missile and Weapon Systems and Phantom Works organizations in BDS.

She has more than 20 years of broad finance experience having held roles within FP&A, Financial Analysis, Affordability/Working Capital, and Contracts within both BDS and BGS business units of Boeing.

Beth graduated from the University of Missouri – St. Louis (UMSL) in 2004 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting followed by a Master’s of Business Administration from Lindenwood University in 2009.

Outside of Boeing, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband of almost 20 years, Bob, and son Lucas (12) as well as her extended family.  She is active in supporting UMSL students in a variety of engagements and currently sits on several leadership/advisory boards for the university.
