Bill Dickens works to help clients think through the various financial decisions that they face. In this challenging and rewarding role, he appreciates the confidence that clients place in his team not only as an advisor, but also as a family advocate.

Bill earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Finance Track Certification in Financial Planning from University of Missouri – St. Louis. With Moneta since 2002, Bill enjoys working in an environment of commitment and passion for serving clients and acting only in their best interests.

At Moneta, Bill collaborates with Doug Weber on behalf of both family and business clients. Bill applies his significant experience and expertise in helping business owners, executives, and many physicians navigate their pursuit of financial independence. Having parents with over 30 years of service to the federal government, Bill also maintains a specialty in advising federal employees on the complexities of retirement from public service.

Bill and his wife, Kimberly, have three children named Jillian, Gwyneth and David. Kimberly is an elementary school principal in the Rockwood School District. Bill enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid baseball fan and can often be found in the bleachers at Busch Stadium during the summer.

Anisha Inaganti is an MBA student at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, concentrating in Finance and Marketing while concurrently earning a Graduate Certificate in Financial Technology. She serves as Graduate Teaching Assistant in the IST Department, is President of the Finance Club, and Treasurer of the Student Investment Trust Club. She holds a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology with a minor in Business and has professional experience as a finance analyst. She is passionate about leadership, innovation and community engagement, and was honored with UMSL’s Outstanding Student Award and a graduate from Rise academy at UMSL.

Keynote Address


Haley is a Senior Consultant with significant experience working with both institutional entities and private clients. She collaborates with our clients to develop investment policy, design and construct portfolios, conduct investment manager searches and due diligence, and provide evaluation of investment performance. Haley is a member of ACG’s Investment Committee, which establishes the framework for the firm's investment philosophy and oversees the internal processes used to ultimately make investment recommendations to clients. Prior to joining ACG, Haley was an investment analyst at Moneta Group. There she was responsible for due diligence and ongoing monitoring of actively managed equity and fixed income investment alternatives for high-net-worth and institutional clients. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a member of the CFA Society of St. Louis and the CFA Institute. She is also a member of the St. Louis Women in Investments Network (WIN) and the American Red Cross Society of Women Leaders.
