Megan Piechowski is the Vice President of Human Resources for UniGroup, C.A, a St. Louis based transportation company. UniGroup is the parent of United Van Lines, the nation’s leading corporate mover, and Mayflower Transit, the most well-known name in the moving industry. Between the two van lines, UniGroup handles one in three professional interstate moves.
Megan serves on the executive leadership team and oversees the employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits, training and corporate communications functions at UniGroup. Megan prides herself on positioning her team as a strong partner for the business, aligning people with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization and supporting the growth and development of UniGroup’s employees.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Science from Rockhurst University and Juris Doctor and Certificate in Employment Law from St. Louis University. Prior to her current role she was Corporate Counsel in UniGroup’s Law Department. Before UniGroup, Megan worked in HR at Six Flags and St. Louis University.
UMSL is the only public university in the region to carry dual AACSB accreditation for its business and accounting programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
