Jay Davis joined The Boeing Company’s Defense, Space & Security division in 2000 as a Procurement Agent in the Spares, Repairs and Retrofit group. In 8 years in Global Services & Support, Jay performed many roles as both a Procurement Agent and a Supplier Program Manager. Jay's first management role was in support of Direct Attack (JDAM and Small Diameter Bomb) programs, followed by leadership roles in BMA Mission Systems, the Special Projects Dallas Program, Training Systems and Government Services, Commodities & Services, Global Supply Chain and the T-X program. Jay rejoined the Commodities & Services team (now CS&SD) in his current role in October 2018.
Jay started his career at VisionAire Corporation, working on the Vantage business jet program, and came to Boeing from Duncan Aviation, where he was a Project Manager.
Jay has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Parks College of Saint Louis University and a Master of Business Administration from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in Saint Louis.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys geocaching and 3D design/printing and is the former President of the Board of Education for the Parkway School District in West St. Louis County. Jay and his wife, Mindy, have two daughters, Lucy and Olivia.
