The University of Missouri-St. Louis is celebrating 60 years of serving St. Louis and beyond!

As the region’s only public research university, UMSL has consistently delivered on its promise to educate, elevate, and promote an equitable pathway forward for every student, while -as an anchor institution- engaging in innovative research and community-based initiatives that touch communities across the metropolitan area.

This season of celebration comes at a time of physical transformation for UMSL, as we implement our Campus Master Plan, redesigning our campus grounds to bring online new and exciting offerings including a complete modernization of the University Libraries and construction of the Richter Family Welcome and Alumni Center.

#UMSL60 is crucial as the university propels forward with renewed passion and genuine fervor for the future. We look forward to celebrating with our neighbors, partners and friends throughout the 2023-2024 Academic Year.

Join us as we celebrate the past 60 years and together look forward to serving St. Louis for generations to come.
