Personal safety and property security are everyone's responsibility at UMSL. The UMSL Police Department urges all members of the University community to participate in making our campus as safe as possible. If you develop good security habits, you can assist us in safeguarding your property and University property.
Although the UMSL campus is one of the safest in the area, we must practice good prevention efforts to keep criminal activity to a minimum. Educate yourself about the resources available to you and the ways you can help protect yourself. If you observe unusual, suspicious or criminal behavior, please call UMSL Police immediately at 314.516.5155.
Officers are also available to conduct educational programs on request. The arrangements can be made by contacting Officer Brian Clements at 314.516.5536.
