As of the 2013 Summer Semester, UMSL has implemented a Classroom Reservation Request system. This new system will provide an online process for any faculty and staff to request classrooms for special events. This replaces the Outlook series of calendars we have used in the past. (Please note that the Outlook calendars will no longer be used to determine classroom availability).
Students will not be able to submit requests for classrooms. Faculty and staff will be required to make reservation requests on behalf of students who would like to schedule an event in a classroom.
The Registrar’s Office will be reviewing and approving all room reservation requests and will contact you if there are any issues with the date/s or room/s you have requested.
Instructional Computing Support Services will continue to provide support for any of the classroom technology available and for the locking/unlocking of rooms.

NOTE: As has always been the case, classroom reservation requests during a semester cannot be made until the course schedule for that semester is complete and all courses are assigned to rooms. Once that is finalized, individual room requests can be submitted.
