Training for Trainers Curently offered as a customized in-house program. This course covers everything you need to know to become a successful, skilled trainer. You will learn by doing through facilitated discussion, skill practice, demonstrations, and self-assessment. This program has been specially designed to pack maximum action and involvement into two days, with practical learning and skill practice you can begin using immediately. Whether you’re new to training or an experienced trainer looking to enhance your techniques, this course will provide you with information and skills that will make you an effective, skilled trainer. Who should attend? * New trainers Sample Topics Faculty Barbara Carnes, Ph.D., is a consultant, trainer, speaker, and writer. She is the co-author of the books Making Training Stick and Making Training Stick: A Training Transfer Field Guide. Clients include organizations such as the U.S. Army, Hewlett-Packard, St. Louis County Government, General Electric, and NASA’s Johnson Space Center. Barbara holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from The Fielding Institute.
