Campus Shuttle Services

The closest shuttle stop to the Thomas Jefferson Library building (Building 14 on the North Campus map (PDF)) is the "Main Circle"; the shuttle also stops near the "UMSL North MetroLink station."

Parking

General campus maps

On Monday through Friday, visitors may only park in areas designated for their use; some are metered spaces, such as parking lot B.

An UMSL parking permit is strongly recommended. They are available from the Parking and Transportation office.

On Saturday and Sunday, visitors may park anywhere on campus except Handicap spaces, Service Vehicle spaces or non-designated areas. On weekends, visitors can park close to the Thomas Jefferson Library (Building 14 on the PDF map) in the West Drive Parking Structure South (Building 52); walk out of the garage at the third floor (quadrangle level) exit near the elevator and the Library is the building to the right of the pyramid-shaped skylight.

Handicap Parking

Handicap Parking for the Thomas Jefferson Library (Building 14 on the PDF map) is available on the third floor (quadrangle level) of the West Drive Parking Structure South (Building 52); come out of the garage at the third floor (quadrangle level) exit near the elevator and the Library is the building to the right of the pyramid-shaped skylight. Handicap parking is also available on the entrance level (level one).  This garage has an elevator.
