UMSL is committed to providing a safe and healthy campus environment for all members. To safeguard our community, we have developed this online reporting form to document and refer students or situations of concern. Once this form has been submitted, a CARE case manager may contact you, the referring party, for additional information. We work to devise an appropriate response strategy based on the totality of information available. The response will be designed to balance the needs of the individual student with the health, safety, and welfare needs of the campus community.
