Dale Woods, MBA

Director Finance, Close to Report Global Process Owner, The Boeing Company

Dale Woods is Corporate Director of Finance, Global Process Owner for the close to report (C2R) end-to-end value stream. The C2R end-to-end includes closing the accounting sub ledgers, consolidation of the financial results, producing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, government and SEC reporting, statutory reporting, and internal controls & compliance. Responsibilities include driving a performance culture focused on value creation, work standardization and simplification of processes measure to global industrial champion targets, optimization of systems & tools, internal controls, and talent management across the C2R end-to-end.

Prior to this assignment from 2017 to 2018, Woods was the Director of Enterprise Payment Services & Accounts Receivable for The Boeing Company.  In this role he led an enterprise team with responsibility for providing Accounts Payable and related cash disbursement services for the company including payment centers in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, and India. He was also responsible for invoicing and cash collections for multiple business units across The Boeing Company.

From 2016 to 2017, Woods was Director of Working Capital for Boeing Defense, Space & Security. He was responsible for leading the efforts to drive cash within A/R and A/P as well as implementing best practices to improve inventory optimization. 

From 2013-2016 Woods was a Director in the Shared Services Organization responsible for Enterprise Accounts Payable and the Corporate Credit Office. In this role, Woods was responsible for Accounts Payable and cash disbursements as well as the monitoring of supplier financial health.

From 2010-2013, Woods served as the Senior Manager of Financial Accounting for Boeing Defense, Space & Security where he led a team responsible for consolidating and producing the financial statements for BDS.

From 2008-2010, Woods was the senior manager of Accounting & Rates within the Global Support & Services organization located in Oklahoma City, OK. 

From 2004-2007, Woods was Accounting Manager for Boeing Aerospace Operations located in Oklahoma City, OK.  

Woods held multiple non-management finance positions from 2001-2004 in Integrated Defense Service and Aerospace Support. 

Before joining Boeing in 2001, Dale spent 10 years at Air Products & Chemicals where he performed various accounting and finance roles.

Woods earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Evangel University in 1989 and a Masters of Business Administration from UMSL in 2007 where he currently serves on the College of Business Leadership Council. He is married and has twin boys.

Ken Cella

Principal, Client Strategies Group, Edward Jones

Ken Cella leads the Edward Jones Client Strategies Group (CSG), which includes the Marketing, Advice and Guidance, Products, Trading, Solutions, and Systems and Support areas. CSG equips client teams with insights and complete wealth management expertise, products and solutions throughout the client journey. Ken also serves on the Edward Jones Executive Committee, the team responsible for defining the future state for Edward Jones to improve the lives of clients, their families and their communities. In addition, Ken serves on the recently formed Greater St. Louis, Inc. Board and chairs the ChamberSTL Board, as well as serving on the University of Missouri-St. Louis Chancellor's Council, and Concordance Academy of Leadership Board of Directors. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School’s Securities Industry Institute and earned his undergraduate degree from University of Missouri-St. Louis and his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
