Requests for appointments to the Graduate faculty should be submitted via Kuali, by the department chair - Graduate Faculty Nomination form. A CV is required at the time of submission.

GF	Regular member of the graduate faculty (tenure or tenure-track faculty
GFx	Term appointment to the graduate faculty for a period of x years, up to a maximum of five years, renewable
GFE	Emeritus faculty who wish to remain active either teaching or serving on committees
